Giving Back to the Community
Lead by CEO Eric Thomas, FreedomVoice has had over a decade of solid, continuous growth. We feel it is our obligation, as well as our privilege, to share our success with those in need. Over the years, we’ve made donations to charitable organizations both locally and abroad.
As we move forward, we hope to be able to give even greater contributions and widen our positive impact.
FreedomVoice contributes to the following charities:
Rady Children’s Hospital of San Diego
Quality pediatric care requires specialized training and a special sensitivity that is perfected through caring for children 100 percent of the time. Rady Children’s is San Diego region’s only designated pediatric trauma center and the only area hospital dedicated solely to pediatric care.
Operation Christmas Child
The holiday season can be particularly difficult to endure when faced with poverty and hardship, especially when children are involved. A program of Samaritan’s Purse, Operation Christmas Child brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations around the world through gift-filled shoe boxes and religious care. Since 1993, more than 61 million shoe boxes have been packed, shipped, and delivered across the globe.
Water for Sudan
Founded in 2003, Water for Sudan is a United States-based organization currently operating in Sudan. The nonprofit actively drills fresh-water wells for villages in the southern portion of the country where disease caused by an unsafe water supply is rampant. As of August 2008, Water for Sudan has drilled 29 wells and provided over 80,000 people with uncontaminated drinking water.
Families’ and Children’s Equality
Families’ And Children’s Equality (FACE) was founded in 1978 for the purpose of advocating children’s rights and providing a self-help support group for non-custodial and/or non-residential parents. The nonprofit’s goal is to minimize the children’s emotional upheaval surrounding parental separation by promoting their right to equal access to both parents and extended family.
