In short, this integration means better service. FreedomVoice actively monitors our own network to prevent any irregularities from interrupting service- we have a 99.99% uptime since January 2013- but that’s only part of the call quality equation. There’s a number of factors that could contribute to issues like latency, packet loss and jitter between your handset and our servers. Call traffic needs to navigate through your local network first, then through your ISP, and then gets routed from there to our servers before coming all the way back. There’s a lot of routing that happens at nearly the speed of light.
