The Newton Group ESA, a well known and reputable telemarketing business, has successfully integrated 90 remote employees using the FreedomIQ hosted VoIP service. But, by plugging their Polycom phones into their Internet connection and accessing the hosted VoIP service, they are now able to seamlessly operate on the same network.
