Deploying efficient technology starts with choosing solutions that work well together, that have a certain synergy to make your day-to-day that much simpler. That’s why FreedomVoice has been working hard to develop a plug-in that integrates your FreedomIQ Hosted VoIP PBX phone system with the wildly popular Salesforce CRM.
We’re happy to announce that this plug-in has arrived, and is now being offered in conjunction with the already-popular and time-saving FreedomIQ Dialer plug-in we’ve developed for Microsoft Outlook. Together, these plug-ins unify your contacts and help you get even more out of your hosted VoIP service.
How Does It Work?
After installing either plug-in, your contacts will be integrated with your FreedomIQ Hosted VoIP PBX. This means you can place calls directly from within the application. Simply select a contact and click “New Call”. Your VoIP phone will ring to you first, and once answered will connect your call to the phone number of the contact you’ve chosen.
FreedomIQ Dialer also allows you to look up a contact before you answer the phone or even in the middle of a live call. Simply click “Find Caller” while your phone is ringing or once you’re connected. If the contact is not already on your list, you have the option to add the phone number as a new contact.
How Do I Get It?
FreedomIQ Dialer is available for $49.99 / month and provides all users on your FreedomIQ hosted VoIP PBX with access for both applications. To enable FreedomIQ Dialer for your account, please contact FreedomVoice at 1-800-477-1477 ext. 2 or email iqsupport@freedomvoice.com. Once enabled, you’ll be provided with links in your WebLink Internet Control Panel to install the plug-ins and to walk you through using them.

when will you have a plug in for crm dynamics by microsoft?
If I’m reading this correctly, the FreedomVoice integration with Salesforce merely piggybacks onto its and Salesforce’s integration with Outlook. Is that correct? If not, how can I get assistance with the FV integration to Salesforce?
Hi Jennifer! I’ve forwarded your request to one of the reps on your dedicated team. He will be contacting you shortly and can walk you through our integration with Salesforce.
