Hosted VoIP & Presidents Day

Hosted VoIP & President's Day

Well, today is President’s Day but the dedicated staff at FreedomVoice is in the office working hard to take our hosted VoIP PBX, FreedomIQ, to the next level. We already offer a range of advances and innovative features you can’t find anywhere else, but we want to make the business VoIP service even better, blowing away every other offering on the market.

While this may be true, the holiday got me thinking. What does Presidents Day have to do with hosted VoIP? What are the similarities? Here are a few items I came up with.

Hosted VoIP & Presidents Day: Remote Workers

As we all know, hosted VoIP is great for remote workers. Basically you can plug in a VoIP phone anywhere in the U.S. and be connected with the rest of the office.

The President also has remote workers. I mean, not everyone who works for the government has a desk at the oval office. I wonder if they use a hosted VoIP PBX to connect governors and senators. If they don’t, they should.

Hosted VoIP & Presidents Day: Unified Communications

A hosted VoIP PBX streamlines Internet faxes, emails and voicemails, all of which are filtered into your inbox or accessible through the WebLINK Internet Control Panel. This level of unified communications saves business owners time and gives them a simpler way to review information.

The President has an assistant who unifies his communications. The assistant takes all the necessary information and makes it easily digestible. This helps him access information quicker and perform better.

Hosted VoIP & Presidents Day: Disaster Recovery

Hosted VoIP PBX systems have disaster recovery elements built in for their business VoIP service, so if for some odd reason something goes wrong, there is a backup system in place to take control.

The President is in charge of all disaster recovery and is in charge of helping those in times of need.

Summary: Hosted VoIP & Presidents Day

FreedomVoice is a patriotic company and we are proud that our FreedomIQ hosted VoIP PBX shares a few  loose similarities with Presidents Day. Our customer base is growing everyday and our feature offering is every expanding.

So a happy Presidents Day from FreedomVoice! And in case you forgot what the holiday was about, here is the definition from Wikipedia:

“Washington’s Birthday is a United States federal holiday celebrated on the third Monday of February. It is also commonly known as Presidents Day (sometimes spelled as Presidents’ Day or President’s Day). As Washington’s Birthday or Presidents Day, it is also the official name of a concurrent state holiday celebrated on the same day in a number of states.”
