This session will uncover how VoIP providers can succeed in the vast SMB space by deploying advanced VoIP features and capabilities in an IP-based service environment. It will also touch on unified communications, improving productivity, remote workers, and enhancing customer service.
While this is the agenda, Schiavone plans on touching on other exciting topics too.
“Ten, even twenty years ago there was talk about video phones soon becoming mainstream. That never happened. In 2010 we could realistically see some of these products become reality from cutting edge VoIP providers. Mobile HD voice enabled video phones over WIFI, WIMAX and LTE are right around the corner,” said Schiavone. “We also predict the hosted VoIP industry is going to grow by at least 35%!”
Schiavone feels confident that this is going to be a panel worth attending.
