FreedomVoice Goes to Hawaii to Celebrate Achieving Goal – Jun 3, 2009
FreedomVoice, a leading provider of virtual office tools and hosted VoIP service, today announced plans to take the entire company to Hawaii. FreedomVoice is funding the trip to reward employees for hitting a significant companywide benchmark.
“Our employees have been nothing short of spectacular,” says Eric Thomas, CEO of FreedomVoice. “Due to their hard work we’ve hit a major milestone in our growth. This trip to Hawaii is well deserved.”
The vacation will include air-fare, hotel accommodations, the option to bring significant others, and a series of company events and activities. FreedomVoice has provided employees an additional two days off for the vacation, however, they will have the option to extend their stay and utilize paid time off. Many employees are taking advantage of this opportunity.
“We decided to extend our stay for two more days, but some employees are staying even longer,” explains one FreedomVoice employee. “FreedomVoice is the coolest company. They really take care of us, and we work hard because of it.”
The success driving the trip resulted from the company’s growth in the virtual office industry. FreedomVoice sells business owners toll free numbers along with a monthly service that enhances image, and boosts productivity.
“Along with the toll free number, customers get auto attendant, call forwarding, voicemail, Internet fax, and multiple extensions,” says Thomas. “The system is meant for small business owners who want to be seen as big business, but aren’t ready to invest in a phone system.”
It was the success of the FreedomVoice Virtual Office product that got the company to where it is today, but Thomas feels that a newer product will play a major role in taking FreedomVoice into the future.
Known as FreedomIQ, the product is a hosted VoIP business phone system that delivers significant cost savings and sought after tools. With startling growth since its introduction in 2006, it is very likely the product could be the reason for the next big trip.
“We are very pleased with the performance of the FreedomIQ Hosted VoIP PBX,” says Thomas. “New users are signing up every day. With average cost savings of 40 to 70%, and a range of cutting edge telecom features, it’s a very savvy product.”
