FreedomIQ has been upgraded with FreedomIQ Dialer, a new and improved contact dialing add-in for Microsoft Outlook. This add-in provides FreedomIQ users with an easy way to reach contacts without having to dial their phone number.
“For busy professionals, efficient communication is a necessity,” explains Eric Thomas, founder and CEO. “Even simple things like making it easy to dial a contact from your email can save our users hours of time each month.”
Thomas says the add-in is designed to be, “exceptionally intuitive.” Users right-click on a contact within Outlook and choose from a list of pre-programmed phone numbers. The user’s FreedomIQ phone will ring immediately and then the call will be connected with the desired contact.
What differentiates FreedomIQ Dialer from many other contact dialing add-ins is the ability to automatically connect with a wireless headset. Users with such headsets can select the number to dial and immediately hear the outbound call being placed.
FreedomIQ Dialer is being made available to all existing FreedomIQ users at no added charge.
