Program Details

Getting your rebate is pretty simple. When you buy one of the qualifying VoIP phones above, you fill out a couple quick forms and submit them along with proof of purchase (e.g. copy of your invoice or receipt) within 30 days of buying the phone. You can choose to donate your old VoIP phones to a charitable organization, recycle them, or, if you want to have an Office Space copier moment, smash them to pieces and provide photographic evidence. Either way, once your claim is verified, you’ll get your hefty rebate check within 6 weeks.
