This was a tough decision for me. I looked at VoIP phones forever. Eventually i decided on the Polycom 330. It was pretty inexpensive and I didnt need all the stuff the 550 had. I would recommend the polycom 330, it has worked really well for me and it wasn’t expensive.
I recommend the 550 to all of my clients. Its the best option.
WIP310 it’s cheap, works and I have one on my desk.
I really like using a softphone and having calls outside of the office forward to my cell. Works for me so far.
I totally recommend the Polycom 550 and 650 for my customers, the lower models has smaller screens so the caller ID is a pain on it.
