Salesforce & Outlook Integration
FreedomVoice offers a plugin that integrates your FreedomIQ Hosted VoIP PBX with your contacts in Salesforce.com CRM (Unlimited or Enterprise Edition) and Microsoft Outlook to allow you to place calls directly from within either application. To quickly place an outbound call simply select a contact and click "New Call". Your VoIP phone will ring to you first, and once answered will connect your call to the phone number of the contact you've chosen.
FreedomIQ Dialer also allows you to look up a contact before you answer the phone, or even in the middle of a live call! Simply click "Find Caller" while your phone is ringing or once you’re connected. If the contact is not already on your list, you have the option to add the phone number as a new contact.
FreedomIQ Dialer is available for $49.99 / month and provides all users on your FreedomIQ hosted VoIP phone system with access for both applications.
