Select a Media-Serving Location
Each device on a FreedomIQ account can have its media-serving location configured separately to ensure call data travels the shortest distance possible. Generally speaking, serving media out of a significantly closer location can help minimize any latency, jitter, or packet loss.
To get the most accurate results, please select the FreedomIQ point-of-presence that is nearest to the location where you are running the test. If you’re not sure which might be better, we invite you to run the test for each and compare results.
